Paperwork Consultation Packages
1) Comprehensive Systems and Processes Creation
£375 per day
Whether you are just setting up your business, or have been going for decades, it is important to have the right systems and processes in place. If thinking about your paperwork fills you with dread or bores you to tears, this is the package for you.
Improved productivity and efficiency
Running a successful business is made up of many different components; let me focus on your paperwork, creating a template for your current and future productivity and efficiency, so you can focus on delivering a great service to your clients. No more time wasted searching for invoices or orders, tracking payments and bills, or wondering where you put your last bank statement and tax returns.
I will work with you to create efficient, effective and streamlined systems that are easy to use and to maintain. You will still need to do the paperwork I’m afraid, but after I have put in place your new system, you will find that your paperwork is simpler, quicker and much less stressful to do.
This package is for you if you don’t already have a paperwork system, or yours is in need of an overhaul.
2) Paperwork Analysis and Quality Control
£300 per day
Projects sometimes come off the rails. Jobs are missed, deliveries misplaced, invoices lost, deadlines lapsed. It happens, but it can be damaging to your reputation and to client relations.
If a project has derailed, but you can’t work out where, why or when, or if you are heading towards making a claim against someone and need to pull your documentation together—I can make the process much easier.
Impartial paperwork review
I will collate, cross-check and log all issued paperwork, to give you a clear and defined review of all paperwork errors, highlighting inconsistencies and missed timescales to date.
As I am not a member of your team, I not only offer complete impartiality, but also relieve existing staff from the burden of sorting and fixing, allowing you and your team to do what you do best—running your business.
This package is for you if you need help with paperwork for a specific project.
3) Ongoing Paperwork Management
Rate dependent on hours required – you can book as much or as little time as you need!
If you don’t need a full-time staff member looking after the admin, filing, paperwork and general ‘behind the scenes’ running of your business—but equally don’t have the time or desire to manage the work yourself, I can provide a support service as and when you need me.
We can agree a regular ‘maintenance’ slot to help you keep your existing systems up to date, or we can schedule periodic checks to help you identify potential issues before they arise.
This package is for you if you already have systems and processes in place or want checks carried out periodically.
